I’m Suzanne Baity, LCSW, and I work with individuals of all ages navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. My approach is compassionate, relational, and trauma-informed, grounded in deep listening and care for your nervous system and emotional well-being. I believe meaningful change happens when we move at your pace and build practical tools that support lasting growth.
